Exhibitors and Vendors
Dear Exhibitors and Vendors:
The 2015 second biennial Southwest Festival of the Written Word (SWFWW) provides an excellent venue for selling your publications, products, and services.
We have a jam-packed schedule of some 50 presenters in a variety of genres. We provide a sales-friendly indoor space in a prime location in historic downtown Silver City for our exhibition hall where you can meet the public and display your materials. We expect a good crowd again this time, well exceeding our 600 attendees in 2013. We anchor your exhibit hall with a refreshment area for authors and vendors as well as the information booth for the entire Festival.
The Festival covers three days, with booths opening at noon on Friday, October 2nd, and closing at 2pm Sunday, October 4th. Set-up is Friday morning, starting at 9 am.
For the full registration fee, you will receive 2 tables and as many chairs as you need. You may also advertise in our program for a reduced fee. We also have volunteers to help you with set-up and take-down. A description of your exhibit (see registration form) will go up on our website soon after we receive your information.
If you are an author selling one book, we have a special series of group tables where you can market and sign your work. The fee for those tables is a bargain.
We promise you very personal service for your exhibit and many other benefits by being part of the upcoming Festival. Please join us for a great and productive time!
