August 17 Just Words Becomes Word Feast

Lovers of language are invited to the monthly Just Words event on Saturday, August 17th at the Tranquilbuzz Coffee House, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

During our last event, Poet Laureate Eve West Bessier remarked, “We are feasting on words!”
After thinking about that concept quite a bit, and with the blessing of our Poet Laureate Emerita, Beate Sigriddaughter, Bessier is changing the name of the monthly gathering to “Word Feast.”
The feast this month will be two terrific featured readers, Pamela Williams and Stewart Warren. They read last August, and we are bringing them back for another delicious main course! (And no, we will not be nibbling on them, just on their scrumptious words!)
Don’t forget to bring your own sweet works of language (poetry or prose) for the open mic!
