Just Words: Chris Lemme

Join us on Saturday, January 5th, 2018 at 2:00pm at the Tranquilbuzz Coffee House (112 W Yankie St.) for Just Words! Chris Lemme will read from his work.

In a former lifetime Chris Lemme was a software developer and technical writer in Chicago. In 2013 he escaped to Silver City where he strives to live sustainably and grow his own food.

The Sex Therapist and Finding Bartholomew, Mr. Lemme’s latest novels, are available on Amazon and on his website. He enjoys writing about crazy, damaged and otherwise interesting people and their relationships with each other. He particularly enjoys exploring the tortured relationships between men and women.

Mr. Lemme’s third novel, The Seekers – Tales of the Tarot Archetypes will be available sometime in January 2019. His first two novels, Finding Bartholomew and The Sex Therapist garnered rave reviews for their crisp writing, emotional honesty and are described as “great erotic fiction”.

An excerpt from The Seekers – Tales of the Tarot Archetypes:

“I stand before my mantle holding your photograph, the silver frame cold in my hands. You were so innocent and beautiful and I was so stubborn and full of myself. I’ll never forget the first time I saw you, nose in a book, a cup of espresso hovering in front of your merlot colored lips as if you couldn’t decide to sip or read another passage. I nearly stumbled over my own feet as I passed you in front of that sidewalk café.”
